Whenever you see a black ticket exchange, use it as much as you can at the three gold to one black ticket rate. Then spin the wheel when the team you are trying to get becomes available. (PTL wheel shown)

The Daily Wheel provides you with lower level toons. There isn't a bonus for spinning more times so use it as you see fit. Occasionally the Daily Wheel will be a Battle Pass daily quest. 

Don't use! The Endurance Wheel gives you toon pieces to be used for the Endurance Tower. Save your gold tickets for the PTL Wheel 

The Gadget Wheel can give you some powerful upgrades to your toons' gadgets. Use this only when you have 10 tickets and get the bonus spin. 

Don't use! The Mega Premium Wheel gives you random toon pieces that makes it hard to farm for certain teams. Save your gold tickets for the PTL. 

The Pirate Wheel is a simple wheel that allows you to spend the Pirate tickets you get from Alliance wars at two tickets per spin. There isn't a bonus so spin at will. 

The Featured wheel should be used to further your progress with the current events. Epic toons from teams are always featured so watch out for a team that you would like to get and go for it. Pushing the featured tunes will also push your quests forward and give you more gold tickets and energy.
